Lidia Swart founded H2A Recruitment & Visa Processing Company with one goal: to make the path to seasonal agricultural work in the United States clear, honest and personal.
Behind every application is a person and a family, often preparing to work far from home for the first time. And behind every season is a farm that depends on a reliable, well-supported workforce. Lidia built this company to serve both: guiding workers through every form and appointment, and giving U.S. employers an organised, caring HR partner for the people side of their operation.
