Who we are
H2A Recruitment & Visa Processing Company ("we", "us"), founded by Lidia Swart, provides agricultural recruitment support, H-2A and H-4 visa application assistance and administrative HR services. You can contact us about privacy at info@h2arecruitment.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us through our enquiry forms: your name, contact details, country, and information about your experience, skills, availability, family or business that you choose to share. If you upload a CV, we store that file.
- Technical information needed to run the website securely, such as your IP address and browser details in our server logs.
Please don't send us passport numbers, identity numbers or other sensitive documents through the website. We'll ask for what we need, securely, at the right stage.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To match candidates with employers, with your knowledge, as part of our recruitment support.
- To keep our website secure and prevent misuse.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only where needed to provide our services and with your knowledge, for example with prospective employers, authorised agents or qualified professionals we refer you to, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and for any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under South Africa's POPIA, the EU/UK GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how it's used. Email info@h2arecruitment.com and we'll help.
Cookies & storage
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own server. Our free tools (the season planner and document checklist) save your progress in your own browser's local storage; that information never leaves your device unless you send it to us.

Our website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and enquiry data is stored on secured systems with restricted access.
